We had our summer party including a tasting which had a selection of whiskey, gin and rum. The tour was excellent from the history of the building to kinsale and how each drink was made. Such a cool place, well worth a visit for any beer or spirits lover. I visited a few months back and bumped into Sam and Maude, the owners (full disclosure, I know them for years), we had a good chat, and had a quick tour of the brewery, bar, and shop. Unfortunately I was driving, so coudl not sample in the bar, but thankfully was able to pick up a few cases of great beer in the shop. I am not a spirits expert, but picked up a bottle of their Maple Mayhem in the past which is a lovely drop.
