We’ve created wonderfully aromatic seasonally bespoke Gin with a touch of citrus and spice. Blacks Ginger Gin is  incredibly smooth and well rounded while bringing a fusion of Berries and Ginger to the forefront of your palate. Blacks Distillery Exclusive Peach Moonshine 55.5%

Moonshine was originally a slang term for high- proof distilled spirits that were produced illicitly without government authorisation. The name was derived from a tradition of creating the alcohol during the night time, as to avoid detection. We’ve created a modern day twist on this historic American spirit.

We made this unique and interesting peach Moonshine from local Kinsale grown sweetcorn and peaches from Maud’s parent’s garden in West Cork.

Blacks Spiced Irish Rum 40% ABV

Kinsale is the Birthplace of the world famous Pirate Anne Bonny! This connection of piracy to the locality is what inspired us to create Blacks Spiced Irish Rum . The First Ever Rum to be made in Ireland.

Tasting Notes 

In the nose sweet vanilla, butterscotch, cola, banana, coffee and spice just demand your attention. Hints of orange, lime and ripe pears add a fresh fruity balance and exciting character, but the party has only just begun.

On the pallet Molasses, sherry, chipotle and hazelnut develops progressively into velvety Guatemalan coffee, cocoa, cracked black pepper and oak.
