Moonshine was originally a slang term for high- proof distilled spirits that were produced illicitly without government authorisation. The name was derived from a tradition of creating the alcohol during the night time, as to avoid detection. We’ve created a modern day twist on this historic American spirit.
We made this unique and interesting peach Moonshine from local Kinsale grown sweetcorn and peaches from Maud’s parent’s garden in West Cork
