Ex PX Sherry
PX Sherry casks impart sweet, dark fruits, raisins, syrup flavours and aromas to the whiskey. The cask is 250 litres and your share will yield approx 50 x 700ml bottles of 8 year old whiskey in 2029.
Single Malt
Single Malt new-make spirit distilled from 100% Irish malted barley. A classic clean, smooth and bright Irish whiskey. The cask is filled at 63.5%. Your whiskey will be bottled in March 2029 at 43% and your Pieces of Eight share will yield *approx 50 x 700ml bottles of 8 year old Single malt Irish whiskey.
*the approx yield quoted allows for a generous 3% per annum loss to the Angels Share, you actual bottling yield could be higher.
