Blacks Irish Gin
Blacks Irish Gin a modern Irish gin boasting a unique citrus & spice fusion, with a Wild Atlantic twist. Featuring thirteen carefully selected botanicals, freshly cut citrus peels, hand cracked juniper berries & vapor infused Irish heather flowers, picked locally along on the Wild Atlantic Way. The inclusion of both orris & angelica roots bring an earthy body to this gin. Overall it is clean, crisp & complex, yet balanced. You will enjoy an aromatic taste adventure with a mellow finish.
Mosaic IPA
A West Coast Style IPA, packed full of tropical aromas, juicy big flavours and absolutely no nonsense. Mosaic is a massive development in hop flavour with an amazing and unique flavour profile.In the glass it pours a deep golden colour with hints of amber and orange. In the nose a melange of citrus notes, more specifically lime and grapefruit mingle with lychee, herbal and white peach aromas.
Its malt character also shines through with freshly baked pastry and a whiff of blueberry muffin lingering in the background. On the palate, medium in body with a soft texture, mouthwatering acidity and a balance of bitter and sweet flavours.
